Wen Renjin is a forensic doctor. In order to investigate the mysterious disappearance of his younger brother Wen Renhao, he came to the place where his younger brother last appeared before his disappearance - an isolated island called "Mist Reef Island". There is only an old lighthouse on the island and a few tower keepers who behave strangely. As the investigation deepens, Wen Renjin discovers that the island hides a terrible secret. His brother's disappearance seems to be related to a covered-up sacrificial ceremony on the island, and he himself is falling into a carefully laid trap step by step.
