The One Piece Swordsman: A Name That Echoes Through Heaven

Zoro & Kuina

[One Piece fanfic + two powerful leads + extra sweet + happy ending + no Devil Fruits]

[After Zoro and Kuina meet, the story first visits islands from the original anime, along with some islands that never appeared in the original series.]

After they change ships, the lookout tower and training room are in the same place.

Faced with the threat Wano posed, Kuina was sent away from Shimotsuki Village by her father. She spent ten years training in the South Blue, then set sail at twenty-one to pursue her goal. She never gave up on her dream of becoming the world's greatest swordsman.

Kuina had long been prepared to enter the Grand Line. When she ran into Zoro, he looked delighted, though he pretended to be angry as he questioned her.

Kuina: Zoro, have you been training hard all this time? You haven't stayed just as weak, have you?

Zoro was stunned to learn that Kuina was still alive. Then he promptly lost to her in Three-Sword Style, for the 2,002nd time.

Zoro, even more stunned: Before I become the world's greatest swordsman, I'll definitely beat you!

The rest of the Straw Hats: Wait, the training maniac used to lose to you two thousand times? How does that even make sense?

Before long, everyone realized that Zoro wasn't the only one obsessed with training...
