Chen Jiu's Tale of Spirit Mediumship in Northeast China

Chen Jiu, 26, is from Chen Village on the Songliao Plain in Northeast China. He works as a laborer on construction sites in the city. Rough around the edges but fiercely loyal, he has the “Mysterious Fox bloodline” within him, making him a direct descendant of an ancient immortal clan. Since childhood, his grandfather has used talismans to suppress his immortal roots. He seems ordinary, but is in fact a once-in-a-century “Heaven-Connecting Incense Boy.”
