After Wei Li dies in an accident, he opens his eyes as an abandoned baby in another world and somehow becomes a Demon of the Moon. He has no interest in causing trouble; he has just one thing on his mind: live a good, peaceful life.
His quiet days don’t last long. First, a stunning beauty falls from the sky and upends his peaceful life. Just as he’s barely getting used to having someone else around, trouble comes one thing after another. He decides to hide away in a small sect and “retire,” but then a crisis threatens to wipe out the sect. With no choice, he reveals a fraction of his power and dispatches the enemy with a flick of his finger. Then he immediately hides his aura and conceals his abilities, afraid of attracting attention.
Later, he takes in a homeless little girl and thinks his peaceful life might return, only to catch sect disciples bullying her. They show off their magical treasure, swaggering with pride. Wei Li can’t stand it any longer, but he has no intention of slaughtering them. He simply raises a hand and points at the sky. “Look up first.”
A black-purple moon suddenly hangs in the sky, and Infinite Tsukuyomi instantly envelops the area. Then several enormous Planetary Devastations come crashing down. To him, it’s all just a wave of his hand. He only wants a peaceful life, so why is that so difficult?
He looks at the progress bar on his System panel, [Abilities Unsealed: 5%...20%...], and sighs helplessly. Out of the corner of his eye, he spots a young man from the Xiao family prostrating himself before that ring in the distance, murmuring, “Thank you for your guidance, senior.” Wei Li’s headache gets even worse. Wouldn’t it be nice to just eat, sleep, and farm? How did he end up with a clingy tagalong out of nowhere?
