In the wasteland world after the bone-eroding virus is raging, young Kane is coveted by all forces because he has natural antibodies to the virus. He teamed up with Lily, who had special prosthetic eyes. During his escape, he discovered that his antibodies could trigger the "Deep Blue Resonance" and got a glimpse of the truth behind his parents, researchers of the "Deep Blue Project" who were silenced by the federation. In order to uncover the secrets, they dealt with gangs, the "Scavengers", the remaining forces of the Federation, and the colony of Cyborgs, fighting against the aberrations and the darkness of human nature in the ruins. In the end, at the expense of himself, Kane used antibodies combined with a reversal program to end the virus, allowing the survivors in the wasteland to rebuild civilization.
