In Kunming in 1942, Lin Wanqiu, a staff member of the telegraph office, intercepted Japanese military telegrams for the underground party, and she needed to hand over the deciphered intelligence to the guerrillas. However, they met Yamada, a Japanese intelligence officer (our undercover) who came to "rectify the telegraph office". The two of them worked around the telegraph machine room to protect the intelligence.
