The Celestial Master Has Delivered Takeout for Three Years, So Why Are the Supernatural Forces Only Awakening Now?

(Ensemble Cast, Urban, Supernatural Revival)

In a degenerate age when even ghosts have chosen to lie flat, Li Cang, the youngest Celestial Master, can only think how terribly unlucky he is.

Despite possessing extraordinary Daoist arts and dazzling talent, he can only make ends meet by wearing a delivery uniform.

After all, spiritual energy has dried up in this day and age. The government’s demon hunters are all competing for academic credentials, and there are hardly any real ghosts. His skills at slaying demons and vanquishing evil are useless, and paying the rent matters far more than catching ghosts.

Then one day, a blood-red moon rose high in the sky. Supernatural forces revived across the globe, and countless evil spirits and fiends broke free from their seals, turning the human world into a living hell!

When the first red-clad ghost lunged at a passerby with a sinister grin, a hand wreathed in golden light suddenly clamped around its neck.

Li Cang looked down at the evil spirit thrashing wildly and smiled, years of pent-up anticipation showing at the corners of his mouth.

“Do you know how long I’ve been waiting for you? Three whole years, delivering food!”

Ghost: “???”

The ghost was dumbfounded. I’m fighting a Celestial Master? Is this for real?

“Before the supernatural revival, you called me a delivery guy. I couldn’t argue with that.”

“But times have changed… What should you call me now?”

“Louder! I can’t hear you!”
