Many years ago, humans started a large particle collider to explore the ultimate mysteries of the universe, but accidentally tore the space-time membrane. Just as the "cosmic string" described in string theory broke, the earth was connected to a high-dimensional space ("abyss dimension") full of chaotic energy.
