Is the horned crown destined to be a symbol of glory?
The young stag Shuo had no doubts - until that rainy season, when he broke the symbolic horn crown to protect the young deer, and was then ruthlessly abandoned by the group. While licking his wounds alone in the wind and snow, an ancient legend awakened in his memory: There is a moonlit valley in the north, where the value is not determined by the horned crown.
Its journey north is not a journey to paradise, but a journey that strips away definitions. During the journey, it met Lan, the hornless wise man who was guided by the stars, and also encountered Scarface, the lone guardian who coexisted with the wolves. In this wilderness, every step is shattering the inherent knowledge: being strong can have thousands of forms, and belonging does not need to come at the cost of losing oneself.
When the footprints are intertwined with the misunderstandings and silent waves, it finally realizes that the Moonlight Valley is not a geographical end point, but a state of existence - there is no perfect system and no eternal shelter. There is only a group of lives trying a more authentic possibility: each life can choose its own posture without having to become a footnote in the grand narrative.
At the same time, the old world is in trouble due to rigid hierarchy, and new seeds have been quietly sown with Shuo's footsteps, Lan's vision and Scarface's guardianship, attracting more confused figures to look in the direction illuminated by the moonlight.
This is not only an epic pursuit, but also a collision of three souls. When the moonlight illuminates the valley, what it reflects is never the only answer, but every path taken by life in pursuit of truth and freedom.
