Self-Respect

My wife's first love directed and acted in a kidnapping. Given the opportunity to choose between the two, my wife knew it was just an act, but she still unswervingly chose her first love. I was injured and left in a vegetative state. A year later, I was lucky enough to wake up. Looking at my wife who looked like she couldn't wait to divorce me, she mocked angrily: "I'm sorry, I have a girlfriend. Please respect yourself and stay away, okay?"
