My Husband and His Female Friend Stole My Right to Have Children, So I Took Everything and Sent Him to Prison for Life

The maternity hospital called to tell me that the fertilized eggs had developed successfully and ask when I would come in for the IVF transfer.

I touched my lower abdomen, where the effects of the anesthetic had only just worn off.

I'd had my eggs retrieved that morning. No matter how advanced medicine was, it couldn't happen this quickly.

I was about to call back and ask what was going on, but my husband stopped me.

"My mom is in a hurry, so I pulled some strings to get you fast-tracked. That way, you'll get pregnant as soon as possible."

"I'd love it if you had twins. My buddies would be so jealous!"

I said nothing. I drove straight to the maternity hospital and called the police on the way.

"Hello, 110? The maternity hospital is suspected of illegal surrogacy. I'd like to report it!"
