The Imperial Guards of the Water Margin in a Changing Tide

Lin Yanshu, an instructor of the Imperial Guard’s 800,000 troops known as “Panther Head” Lin Chong, endured a friend’s betrayal, the destruction of his family, and a desperate fight to the death at the mountain shrine in a snowstorm. In the end, he became an outlaw at Liangshan, only to die in despair. When he opened his eyes again after death, he discovered that he had returned to the very day his tragedy began. His wife was preparing to visit the Yue Temple to offer incense, the villain Gao Yanei was laying an insidious trap, and Lu Qian, the so-called “brother” he trusted, was preparing to strike a fatal blow. Given a second life, Lin Yanshu has no patience left for surrender or compromise. He will turn the memories of his previous life and his burning hatred into the sharpest blade, and personally tear apart Gao Qiu, Gao Yanei, Lu Qian, Fu An, and the rotten world they represent. This time, he will not be a hero who meekly accepts his fate. He will be a demon who repays every grudge and avenges every wrong.
