The Snow in My Master's Palm

A warm, healing, slow-burn sweet romance, focused on leisurely cultivation and everyday life. No extreme heartbreak, with an emphasis on “the disciple taking the initiative to protect his aloof master” and mutual salvation.

Modern reader Lin Ci transmigrates into a xianxia novel as the last disciple of Shen Qinghan, the aloof immortal revered in the story. He knows that in the original, Shen Qinghan devoted his life to the people, only to be betrayed by his close friend and watch his disciple fall to demonic ways, before ultimately sacrificing himself to power a formation. Determined to “protect his master,” Lin Ci uses his clumsy but sincere warmth to comfort the immortal whom the world has let down. As they spend their days together, the two gradually fall in love, moving beyond the bond between master and disciple. In the end, they defy the fate written in the original and stay together for life.
