Slaying Gods: The Fox’s Heart Falls to Evil

Drawn in by the plot, Lin Qiye enters the illusion of No. 2 Middle School, where he unexpectedly encounters Mu An, a Great Xia fox spirit sealed away. Though she possesses the power of a supreme god, she appears in the form of “Baby Mu An.” On their way home, the two are attacked by masked ghosts. At a critical moment, Lin Qiye recognizes the plot point “West Star” and flees with Zhao Kongcheng. In the end, Mu An saves Zhao Kongcheng, and the fates of all three become intertwined.

Afterward, Lin Qiye and Mu An join Team 136 and begin six months of study and training. Lin Qiye conceals his strength from the team and advances through the training camp. Along the way, he meets Baili Pangpang, triggering a new plotline, and fights fiercely against the “Mask” faction. His growing concern for his friends also begins to show. During a holiday mission, they get caught up in the “Snake Woman” incident. Mu An must resolve the crisis within four days, while Qin Dinglv has to break a soul contract and infiltrate the enemy. The tension keeps mounting.

As Mu An forcibly breaks her seal and enters the divine war with her still untamed divine power, Lin Qiye is sent to prison because he isn't strong enough. Ten incidents involving ghost children unfold amid the divine war. A year later, Lin Qiye returns and rejoins Team 136 after taking part in the final training. In the training camp's final trial, Lin Qiye and Mu An face challenges including the military medal trial and Jingnan Mountain, ultimately standing by each other's side. With “becoming a millionaire” as its goal and a “slowly unfolding” pace, the story follows Lin Qiye and Mu An from their first meeting in an illusion to their return from the divine war, weaving together fantasy, adventure, growth, and romance.
