The modern city "Cloud City" looks like an ordinary first-tier city on the surface, but it is actually the intersection between the spiritual world and the human world. It hides three types of supernatural forces: the Xuanmen family, the demon clan, and the underworld branch. Xuanmen is responsible for "keeping the boundaries", demons mostly hide in the market to make a living, and the Yin Division is responsible for the wandering souls in the city. Ordinary people only have vague legends about supernatural phenomena, calling them "urban anecdotes." There is an "aura" energy system, which can be cultivated in Xuanmen, possessed naturally by monsters, and relies on Yin Qi. An imbalance among the three will cause "unusual signs" (such as strange fires and collective nightmares).
