Journeying Through the Previous Era with Hua

P.S. [Pre-Collapse Era] [Hua as the sole heroine] [Close to the original] [Emotional ups and downs] [Half slice-of-life, half angst]

A novel written just for myself.

This is a world that feels familiar and strange all at once…

Everything seems just as it was before.

But…

When I woke up, I, Xia,

had become an orphan.

No one remembered me anymore…

I was confused, frightened, helpless, and alone.

It wasn’t until that night that the mystery

was finally unraveled:

I saw the back of a Honkai-corrupted soldier.

I heard the howls of Honkai beasts,

the cries of humanity,

the laughter of the Herrschers,

and the sobs of the people…

I hated this world that had brought me despair.

I gave up everything to defeat Them.

The bonds of friendship,

the care of my teacher,

the memories of my girlfriend,

and even my life_

But I could not change the threads of fate,

just as I could not prevent the tragedy of that year.

All I got was a promise, a promise that could never be fulfilled.

This world doesn’t need a savior, nor will it need the Lord of Eternal Night…

“May freedom be with you, and may eternal night never fall again…”
