On the first day of her new job, teacher Qi Yu turned a small town into a “crime scene hub”: a missing student, a murder scene, and a school arson attack made up an unbelievable “back-to-school gift pack.”
She used “coincidence” as an excuse to help the police find evidence, all the while repeating to herself, “Don’t let them find out, don’t let them find out.” But her prophetic dreams kept spoiling everything, and she couldn’t stop her forensic knowledge from spilling out. Finally, under the entire police force’s suspicious stares, Qi Yu gave up pretending. “Fine! I don’t just have prophetic dreams. I used to be a forensic pathologist. Happy now?”
Starting in the latter part of Volume One, Qi Yu’s role shifts more toward that of a regular police officer. She is still a forensic pathologist by profession, of course, but because she’s become so deeply involved, she has temporarily been reassigned to work in criminal investigation.
Volume Two follows Qi Yu as she gradually regains her memories and uncovers the truth about what happened back then.
Volume Three follows two storylines. For now, the story is focused more on the other storyline, involving drug traffickers, while Qi Yu’s role is temporarily secondary. She’ll take center stage later.
Volume Four advances the main plot and is complete.

This is the first time I have read a book by this author. It is a very interesting suspense novel. I hope to read it again. I have been following the drama, and every time I feel nervous as the story changes😓.
