A Queen by the Overlord's Side

With a single stroke, Consort Yu cut down the hidden arrow Liu Bang had fired at her. Her battle robe stained with blood, she smiled and tossed away the tiger tally.

Lü Zhi suddenly appeared with a mysterious band of old followers, kneeling and crying out, “We welcome the sect leader home!”

As Xiang Yu stood stunned, Consort Yu grabbed him and pulled him onto the dragon throne. “I’ll personally give you this realm.”

Yet at the coronation, she drew her sword and pointed it at the assembled officials. “Anyone who objects will be killed without mercy!”

The new emperor sprang to his feet and seized her wrist. “My beloved consort... who are you, really?”

Consort Yu leaned close to his ear and chuckled. “I’m your queen, your nightmare, your... Yu Beauty.”
