After waking from a million years in the deep sea, Xue Fu comes ashore in the modern world, still nursing a grudge against her seven disciples for nibbling away her petals. First, though, she has to figure out how to survive: she mistakes a refrigerated display case for one of her kind, channels spiritual power into a shared bike, and ties fireworks to a broom to “fly on a sword,” blowing up a flowerpot!
Once she tracks down her reincarnated enemy, the revenge gets even more ridiculous: she struggles with an electronic lock, crawls through air ducts, and accidentally freezes the enemy’s priceless fish tank. She also seeks out Chen Mo, the reincarnation of her eighth disciple, but he has lost his memory and nearly uses one of her protective petals as glue.
Between spying with vines and making her enemy allergic to pollen, she also has to fight villains controlled by evil spirits. This is the modern revenge adventure of a Kunlun snow lotus.
