The witch Lunavere lives alone in Zhihui Cave and likes to play with flowers and poisonous weeds.
One rainy night, she found a dying werewolf cub under the flowers - but its body had wolf ears and tail. She found it troublesome but couldn't bear it, so she kept him for the time being.
Lunavere is impatient with the care of the werewolf cub, but she will prepare herbs when he is sick, teach him to identify magic plants and avoid church patrols.
The church is sanctimonious and secretly captures magical creatures. In order to capture the escaped Edric, it fabricates rumors of "werewolves cannibalism" and incites the villagers to be hostile to aliens.

Soon after, the archbishop of the church led the knights and the villagers who were bewitched by black magic to besiege Zhihui Mountain, setting up a formation to kill the two people.
