[Strong female lead + reborn + revenge + transmigrate + palace and household intrigue + winning back his wife]
Five years after Wei Shu died, she woke up again.
She found herself in an unfamiliar place, with a noble status and the love of countless people.
They honored her as empress. She had married the emperor of the Great Liang in the Central Plains, and people said they were deeply devoted to each other.
But Wei Shu remembered nothing. All she knew was that she had died five years ago, and that a soul from the modern world had used her body to meet, fall for, and love this esteemed emperor.
That soul had a name: Chuchu. After Wei Shu awoke, Jun Muyao called her that.
Chuchu was a legendary woman. She challenged the entrenched beliefs of this feudal dynasty, proving that women, too, could accomplish great things. The people loved her, and she won their hearts.
They said she taught people how to make salt and ice, and developed hybrid rice, so the people could eat their fill and escape poverty. She even coined the slogan, “Targeted poverty alleviation, and a united march toward moderate prosperity.”
Everyone said Wei Shu was Chuchu. Only Wei Shu knew the truth: she was not. Chuchu had merely used Wei Shu's body, then disappeared.
Then Wei Shu was reborn in her own body and discovered that Chu Ci had used it to marry her enemy. And so Wei Shu embarked on the road to revenge.
