Reader comments
I read new books when I see them. Although I have visited many museums and seen many cultural relics, my appreciation of them is mostly superficial and perceptual. The visits to calligraphy, paintings and clothing are more superficial. It is rare to realize that a small object reflects the current ideological form and people's lives.
This book gave me a more systematic understanding of the origin and evolution of calligraphy and painting, bronzes, porcelain, jades, clothing, furniture and other related artifacts, and introduced the reasons for their changes and the current historical process. It also explains through cases, allowing people to have a more specific understanding of why a certain cultural relic is representative, how much skill it embodies, and how high its artistic/archaeological value is. Scenarios are also set at the end of each chapter to introduce the restoration process of cultural relics. These are things that few people have thought about in depth before.
There is also an extra story about the many journeys with cultural relics in order to protect them before the founding of the People's Republic of China. It is full of dangers and difficulties. It pays tribute to the guardians of cultural relics in turbulent times, and also pays tribute to the staff who are now devoted to the restoration of cultural relics and the protection of ancient books. As mentioned at the end of the article, this is the protection and continuation of Chinese civilization, and the story continues~
It is a basic cultural relic book that is very suitable for reading in spare time. You can learn about the architecture of the Forbidden City and the origin and development of cultural relics. It is a very good interest reading.
Learn about Chinese cultural relics
Very interesting presentation.
Simple and easy to understand, the pictures are cute and cute
I highly recommend this book, everyone will come and watch [laughing][laughing][laughing]
As an entry-level cultural relics book, it is not so boring. The expressions in the text are more interesting, and the content is short, so you can read it quickly.
