After Bumping into the CEO, I Hid My Part-Time Food Delivery Job

Taozi is a headstrong, resilient young woman who has just left the countryside. She dreams of making it in the big city and is determined to pay off her family's debts as quickly as possible. By day, she is a polished new white-collar employee at a major company; by night, she transforms into a food delivery rider racing against the clock. She carefully keeps these two very different worlds apart, until one rainy night, an accidental collision sends the food in her bike basket straight to the man at the top of the corporate ladder: Shen Muyan. Shen Muyan is a tall, handsome company president and the dream man of countless city women. Yet his meticulous, even rigid, approach to work and his almost obsessive devotion to love make him hard to approach. After an apparently humiliating encounter with a drenched girl whose eyes are still defiant, he discovers that she is the seemingly well-behaved new employee at his company. The huge difference between their identities sparks an interest in him unlike anything he has felt before. “After I accidentally hit the company president, I can’t keep my part-time delivery job a secret anymore!” From then on, Taozi’s life is turned upside down. Why does President Shen keep “running into her” in the neighborhoods where she makes deliveries? Is he going to nitpick, lend a hand, or even… steal her orders? A hilarious game of pursuit, played out over one delivery after another, begins in secret. She is a junior employee desperate to hide her secret; he is a top boss closing in at every turn, thoroughly intrigued. Through a series of clashes, misunderstandings, mutual help, and confrontations, two hearts that once ran parallel begin to veer off course. When a straightforward, headstrong country girl meets a domineering, devoted urban elite, the love story of this pair of bickering sweethearts begins in earnest amid the bustle of everyday life.
