World setting: Based on DNF's 2025 Heavy Springs version, combining classic maps and new areas across the Arad Continent, the Celestial Realm, and the Demon Realm, including the new Oathbound City of Wulan. The Apostle storyline and the Kazan Plague setting are retained, with new timeline correction events caused by the System's intervention.
Protagonist: Lin Yue, a modern GM for a DNF private server, is reborn as an ordinary resident of Arad. He carries the Sword Master Supreme System, is familiar with dungeon mechanics and equipment builds from every version, and aims to break the doctrine of the Apostles' inevitable fate. After being reborn, he inherits the Ghost Hand curse, and the System becomes the only way to suppress it.
System setup: The System unlocks its features in stages. Its initial functions are Skill Simulation Training and Equipment Appraisal. Midway through the story, it gains Dungeon Mechanics Analysis and Cross-Version Equipment Fusion. In the later stages, it awakens the authority to Edit Arad's Rules. System quests are closely tied to DNF's main storyline, and hidden quests grant rewards that reveal upcoming versions.
Power system: Combines the game's stat panels (level, physical attack, elemental strength) with narrative growth (skill proficiency, sword intent mastery). The Sword Master's unique Phantom Sword Dance evolves with his state of mind, while his mastery of lightsabers breaks through the game's limits.
