Thunderbolt Agent: Hunting Criminals Worldwide

In the world of international espionage, the “Thunderclap” organization is a name that strikes fear into the forces of darkness, and Lin Rui is its sharpest blade. Three years ago, while dismantling a transnational arms syndicate, he watched a comrade die protecting him. The mastermind, “Ghost,” vanished without a trace, leaving behind a pain Lin Rui could never forget. Three years later, a bizarre theft of biological weapons brings Ghost back into the open. Behind it lies an “Armageddon Plan” capable of paralyzing half the planet.

To find Ghost and avert disaster, Lin Rui sets off on a hunt spanning three continents. From the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia to the frozen wilderness of Northern Europe, from skyscrapers in bustling cities to secret bases beneath the ocean, he must fight heavily armed terrorists for his life while contending with suspicion and betrayal within his own organization. He has the help of Su Qingxue, a mysterious and icy intelligence specialist, but a former colleague with a knife hidden behind his smile is secretly working against him.

Every mission teeters on the edge of disaster: infiltrating a heavily guarded enemy base to steal classified information, escorting a key witness through a hail of bullets, and cracking the layers of encryption protecting the code for a terrorist plot. With his extraordinary combat skills, deadly marksmanship, and cool head, Lin Rui repeatedly escapes danger. But the deeper he digs, the more he realizes that Ghost’s identity is far more complicated than he imagined, and may even be connected to his own origins. As the countdown to the “Armageddon Plan” draws near, Lin Rui must choose between saving the world and uncovering the mystery of his past, and every choice he makes
