An ordinary modern city-dweller, even a bit of a good-for-nothing, is unexpectedly reborn into an alternate ancient dynasty as a young emperor who has just ascended the throne, with troubles both within and beyond his borders. Relying on a modern person's knowledge, way of thinking, and strong urge to make snarky remarks, he tries to stay alive and hold on to his empire, triggering a series of hilarious mishaps along the way.
