The apocalypse is here, and my System gives me no divine weapons, only a list of names? If I want to survive, I have to persuade a frontline police officer, the CEO of a multinational corporation, a Nobel Prize-winning scientist... to willingly join me in building humanity’s last refuge?
My name is Jiang Li, an apocalypse manager forced to do the job.
My team members are a little unusual:
A battle-hardened frontline police officer handles security, keeping our camp safe and secure;
A CEO oversees resources and trade, making our camp’s economy self-sustaining;
A scientist drives technological progress, from improving crops to unlocking black technology;
A strategist handles diplomacy, forging alliances and playing rivals against one another among the various survivor factions;
And me... I’m in charge of keeping these women, all geniuses and all troublemakers, together so they don’t tear the base apart.
I think the emotions are handled very well, unlike those mindless harem novels where you take them one by one. The relationship between the protagonist and the heroine is gradual. When I watched it, I always looked forward to when the relationship between the two would get closer.
