Dragon Raja: The Heretic Lost in the Thunder

[Single heroine: Nono] [First time writing a Dragon Raja story, please be gentle with your feedback] [The blurb doesn't do it justice, please read the story]

The World Tree, towering at the edge of the heavens, is coveted by the gods. The life forms that fall among mortals are devoured by dragons. Mixed-blood, pure-blood, or human: when Bai Qi, who has lost almost everything, enters this hunting ground with a power he barely understands, he belongs neither to the long-lived dragons, who reject him, nor to humanity, which scorns him for transcending its limits. He presses on, indifferent to everything around him. Kassel? Dragon slaying? The ghostlike boy? All the answers are hidden in his blade.
