A modern college student travels back to the Eastern Han Dynasty and becomes Liu Hong, Emperor Ling of the Han Dynasty. He recruits civil servants and military generals to reform and develop, and expands the territory. Unexpectedly, all the sun and moon shine on are Han territories.
