The story takes place in a large city, where supernatural phenomena are quietly popular, and the government, black market, scientific research, and civilian forces coexist. The protagonist Shao Ze is noticed by the superpower control department because of his awakening of superpowers, and is involved in a complicated game between the police, underground organizations, scientific research forces, consortiums and ordinary citizens.
