Unable to keep watching her parents fawn over each other every day, Qiao Xinglin decided to head back to school early.

She never expected to accidentally save the artist who lived across the hall, and suddenly her heart was fluttering beyond control.

Faced with his flushed cheeks from a high fever, Qiao Xinglin wanted nothing more than to reach out and poke them, even though she knew she shouldn't.

But she just couldn't help how she felt.

Lu Zhifan felt someone poking his cheek and tried to open his eyes, but his head was too foggy for him to manage.

When he woke and saw her, the warmth of her hand on his forehead reached straight into his heart.

One day, the girl took him on a Ferris wheel. When they reached the very top, she looked at him and asked, “Little artist, do you want to fall in love?”

“With me!”

The world used to be nothing but gray and black to me. Then, one day, you came running toward me with all the love in your heart.

From then on, you became the only beauty in my eyes!
