Godfather Dou Jiande: Li Er, Get Out Here and Face Me!

[Taking on Li Er head-to-head + no mindless decisions + one-on-one romance + contending for supremacy + rebuilding the Great Qin Empire]

On a stormy night at the end of the Sui dynasty, Dou Jiande takes in an abandoned baby who carries the bloodline of Ying Zheng: Ying Ze.

After thirteen years of confusion, a brush with death awakens his modern memories.

From then on, he uses his foresight to stir up the world: recruiting Wei Zheng, Fang Xuanling, and Du Ruhui to devise strategies; bringing Qin Qiong and Yuchi Gong into his service to command the troops; establishing the “Black Ice Platform” to gather intelligence; and even creating an early form of gunpowder that awes the realm.

In Youzhou, he gains the Eighteen Riders of Yanyun. In Hebei, he sweeps aside his enemies, but then the Battle of Hulao Pass changes everything: Dou Jiande dies in battle, and Ying Ze takes over in the midst of crisis, reveals his identity, and vows revenge!

Thunderclap bombs shatter the Li Tang dynasty’s ambitions, and rockets pierce the Turks’ combined camps. He sweeps away the rival powers, ascends the throne, and names his state “Great Qin.”

At home, he suppresses the Five Surnames and Seven Great Clans and pushes through reforms. Abroad, he conquers the northern tribes and opens the Silk Road. At last, he ushers in the “Era of Renewal,” making Great Qin’s banners shine across the world once more!
