Su Miaomiao, a modern slacker blogger who does her best to avoid effort, accidentally transmigrates and lands on the cold-faced God of War, Prince Jing, Xiao Jue, while he’s using the toilet. Forced by a System that electrocutes her if she doesn’t stir up trouble, she has to survive in ancient times with modern oddities like spicy strips, Barbie pink, self-heating hot pot, and the party game Werewolf. Before long, she’s turned the Prince Jing’s estate and the entire kingdom upside down. Xiao Jue initially sees her as a “demoness,” but after her wild ideas repeatedly turn his worldview upside down, his anger and curiosity gradually give way to uncontrollable possessiveness and deep affection. He gets jealous over her, spends lavishly on her, and tears up imperial edicts for her. Eventually, after Su Miaomiao brings “science” to court and turns political schemes into commercial auctions, the God of War completely surrenders. The ruler who once controlled everything becomes a jealous, devoted watchdog who only wants to keep this priceless “demoness” in his arms forever.
