A fated encounter she cannot escape, a consuming love she cannot give up
“If love is a cage, then I've long been willing to lock myself inside it for you.”
She thought it was just an ordinary college class, never imagining she'd stumble into his dark, obsessive world.
Gu Yechen, the youngest professor at a prestigious university and a tycoon who rules the business world. Handsome, distinguished, with everything a man could want, he has just one obsession: Su Niannian, the girl who arrived late to his class and keeps trying to get away from him. His possessiveness toward her is almost insane.
“Run? Niannian, run once, and I'll chase you for the rest of my life.”
He uses every means at his disposal to keep her by his side. But after she escapes in despair, he bows his head and learns what it truly means to love.
On a snowy night in Norway, he can only gaze at her smile from afar. In deserted corners, he traces the marks she left behind again and again. His pride crushed, all that remains is a humble plea: “Niannian, give me one more chance to love you.”
When the pain of the past cannot be erased, and deep love is wrapped in fear
She is the addiction he cannot kick, the madness that destroys his reason, and the only redemption he wants to mend in his broken life.
“Not every mistake deserves forgiveness, but sometimes someone comes along and makes you willing to stake the rest of your life on loving them and making amends.”

It's really baffling
I think the emotions of the characters are very delicate, and I hope the author can produce better works 👍
It's very beautiful and delicate. I'll write more like this. I'd love to read it ❤️
The short story is relatively good, with a tight pace, a big death in the early stage, and a good ending of chasing his wife in the crematorium in the later stage. The male protagonist's parents are very good, sensible and unbiased.
