The Earth after the Old Ones/Outer Gods have awakened or are about to completely awaken. Civilization collapsed, geography changed dramatically, and humans struggled in ruins and madness. There are twisted monsters, mutated creatures, crazy cultists, communities struggling to survive, and various forces trying to understand or exploit this crazy new world. Physical and cognitive rules are partially distorted.
