Demon Slayer: Ice Fruit from the Start

A Demon Slayer fan fiction

Lin Fan is a young man devoted to restoring ancient swords from the Long Kingdom and preserving its intangible cultural heritage. After successfully demonstrating his reconstruction of a Tang dynasty hengdao, he accidentally touches a mysterious relic and transmigrates to the world of Demon Slayer, where he becomes a newly adopted disciple of former Water Hashira Sakonji Urokodaki.

At this point, Tanjiro's fate has yet to begin, and Lin Fan finds himself in a world overrun by demons, where life and death hang in the balance. Bearing a deep grudge against demons, who killed his birth parents, he resolutely chooses the path of demon slaying. Just as he begins his apprenticeship, a System on the verge of vanishing because the world rejects it leaves him one final gift: the power of the Logia-type Ice-Ice Fruit from the world of One Piece.

With his past life's profound understanding of the sword and mastery of its techniques, and the power to freeze all things in his hands, Lin Fan begins training in Water Breathing under Sakonji Urokodaki's strict guidance. Ice and water may seem to be opposing forces, but can he make them work in harmony?
