Reborn as the Yamata No Orochi, Bound to a Wacky Japan System

Worldbuilding: In the near future, Blue Star, a parallel world, is struck by spiritual qi revival. Plants and animals mutate, the oceans become forbidden zones for humanity, and human civilization teeters on the brink of collapse. Beings from ancient myths begin to awaken. The protagonist, Su Yang, was once a Chinese naval officer. After dying in a battle against a giant sea beast, he is reborn as an ancient ferocious beast from Japanese mythology: a juvenile Yamata no Orochi.

Core System: Bound to the “Get Stronger by Messing with the Japanese” System, he can earn evolution points and random rewards by becoming an “ancestor” in the eyes of the Japanese people and leading them toward “blessings” (a special System judgment), or by directly devouring their National Fate or faith. His ultimate goal is to evolve into the Primordial Chaos Dragon.

Power System:

Beast ranks: 1–9, with each rank divided into beginner, intermediate, advanced, and peak stages. The protagonist starts at a low rank but has a powerful bloodline, belonging to a legendary species.

Human power: Technological weapons (of limited use against high-ranking beasts) and cultivation systems (martial artists, espers, onmyoji, and others).

Mythical powers: As spiritual qi revival deepens, true gods such as Susanoo and Amaterasu, or their inheritances, may appear.
