[Pseudo tomb raiding + plot-driven + alternate setting]
You'd think archaeologists and tomb raiders would be bitter enemies, if not outright at each other's throats.
A frail archaeology student meeting a well-equipped gang of tomb raiders would surely be in for a bad time.
Nan Xing had just that kind of luck. During her second year of graduate school, she followed her professor on an archaeological field trip, only to run into tomb raiders before they had even started digging!
Fortunately, she had the brains to outmaneuver the tomb raiders.
Fortunately, she had the fighting skills to deal with the monsters inside the tombs.
Fortunately, she didn't believe in fate, so she changed hers.
Entanglements from past lives, one strange ancient tomb after another.
Mysterious stacked tombs, a royal mausoleum in the mountains, a haunted cave in southern Guangdong, a celestial palace in an illusionary realm...
As memories of her past life gradually return and the mysteries are solved, Nan Xing comes to the conclusion that the villain is crazy.
Isn't the villain supposed to stir up trouble and destroy the world?
Isn't the villain supposed to be dedicated to taking out the protagonist's whole team?
So why does the villain keep asking about her love life, and start every conversation by telling her to break up with her boyfriend?
After observing the situation, Nan Xing reaches two conclusions:
1. The villain really is crazy.
2. Her dead brother really isn't a heartthrob adored by everyone.
Tomb-robbery-themed works are very attractive, and the plot is compact and intertwined. As the protagonist group goes to the tomb, you can't help but follow, looking forward to what new discoveries will be made in the future. Some of the horror settings (strange fish, hidden arrows from mechanisms, etc.) Are gripping and exciting. Very nice!
It's well written, but the copy is scary. I hope it won't end badly. Come on *^O^*
It's very interesting, the subject matter is quite special, it's really good, and it's not particularly long, so I'll read it when I have some free time.
