The subway at rush hour was packed like a tin of sardines. Shen Yu leaned against the doors, wanting nothing more than to get home as quickly as possible.
But after the train passed through an unusually dark tunnel, everything around him changed.
The station platform outside was desolate and dilapidated, its lights flickering blood-red. The passengers in the car had vacant eyes and strange mannerisms. A cold announcement repeated a set of rules that sent a chill down his spine:
“Welcome aboard the Abyss Line. Please obey the passenger rules and do your best to survive until the next stop.”
When the doors opened, the familiar world was gone. In its place was a terrifying dungeon filled with twisted monsters and deadly traps.
Shen Yu realized he had boarded a death train with no final destination.
His only way to survive was to complete one terrifying mission after another, fighting to stay alive in each dungeon the train reached.
