Among them, the Miami Independence Circuit relied on its unique geographical advantages to become one of the most prosperous metropolises after the war. Money flowed here, morality dissolved here, and everything was based on capitalism. MIC became a veritable city of freedom. Gloria, a mercenary working for the Warsaw Mafia, knocked down a young girl in an accidental car accident - or in other words, a freelance hacker who was wanted by half the city.
