The global flood completely changed the world structure. Continents sank and civilization collapsed. The protagonist Zhou Tian accidentally obtained a mysterious ship named "Doomsday Ark". This ark possesses technology that transcends the times (cyberpunk elements), but its operating rules are extremely strange: it only attracts and accepts "evil people" with serious moral flaws - scumbags, scumbags, white lotuses, scheming bitches, robbers, murderers, etc. Ark pursues extreme self-interest, trust is a luxury, and conspiracy and betrayal are daily life.
