In the modern city B, science and technology are developing rapidly and the pace of life is repressive. A series of "brain hole" events - sudden dislocation of consciousness, group illusions, spatial overlap and abnormal perception, are spreading quietly. The five protagonists with different personalities are drawn by their respective destinies and puzzles, and gradually come together. They influence and collide with each other in incidents, and they also witness the fission of the city. Some people struggle between ideals and reality, some compromise between society and family, and some are trapped in the boundary between self and others. Behind the huge urban monsters lies a manipulated collective consciousness and technological black hands. The protagonists must make a choice between chaos and the truth, which ultimately affects the future of the entire city.
