Put in plain language: you’re too powerful, and this world won’t allow someone like you to exist. Unless you pass on your path and take disciples, ensuring your power is carried on in the mortal world, the Heavenly Dao won’t recognize you as “legitimate,” and your cultivation won’t be stable.
Simply put: don’t take disciples, and you’ll turn back into an ordinary person.
