Ranking One Piece's Dumbest Characters: Luffy Didn't Make the List?

On the eve of Marineford, a mysterious sky screen suddenly appeared in the world of One Piece.

From the start, it ranked the most brainless and idiotic characters in One Piece!

First up were the Blade God Johnny and the Sword Saint Joseph.

Johnny and Joseph: “Mihawk, you damned bastard! We're going to cut you down!”

Top 9! Bartolomeo.

Bartolomeo: “The Four Emperors Shanks' flag? Burn it! Put up Senior Luffy's pirate flag instead!”

Top 8! Axe Emperor Morgan.

Morgan: “What kind of thing is Garp? I'm the Axe Emperor!”

Top 7! Mountain Bandit King Higuma.

Higuma: “Red-Hair, do you know how much my bounty is? Eight million berries! I've already killed 56 people like you!”

As one idiot after another was exposed, everyone in the world of One Piece was stunned!

The Navy's Three Admirals: “You spotted Whitebeard's weakness? We've been watching for ages and didn't notice it. How did you figure it out?”

Shanks: “Good thing Luffy managed to hold those two back. Otherwise Mihawk would've been done for, hahaha.”

Mihawk: “Are you still one of the Four Emperors, Shanks? Anyone can come along and step on your head.”

Big Mom: “Mamamama! The Ship-Hugging King Jack? No wonder he's your subordinate, Kaido.”

Shanks: “Even a Four Emperor's toilet is worth scrubbing, Lucci?”
