In his previous life, Lei En was a down-and-out sailor. After transmigrating to the world of One Piece, he obtains the "Demon Navigator’s Log," a book that can copy anything! Observation Haki? Copied! A Supreme Grade Sword? Copied! The Flame-Flame Fruit’s powers? Copied too! While everyone else is risking their lives over a single Devil Fruit, Lei En is already using his copied abilities and wealth to build an invincible fleet that makes the World Government tremble. His goal is simple: take every last treasure and bury Mary Geoise in Berries!
Hiss! This really can't be given high marks!
Although I didn't see Luffy, the plot is all about Luffy.
