Outside the window of the Star Dome Train, time can be torn into pieces.
Shi Yan, a "passer-by" cursed by time, when the gear mark on his left wrist becomes hot, the timeline somewhere in the universe is collapsing. He was once a corrector of the "Time Administration", but due to a disaster, he personally destroyed the planet he was guarding. Only a pocket watch that stopped rotating was implanted in his body with the ability to control time - and never-ending regret.
Every night he boarded the train, he could see the ashes of the past twinkling in the starry sky, and hear the fragments of the future shattering amidst the sound of gears. When the pocket watch shimmers with warning on the planet Charon 3, the twisted mountains, backward footprints, and a mysterious figure similar to his are all revealing the same truth: the "time storm" that year was no accident, and there is a conspiracy in his forgotten past that can subvert the timing of the universe.
The emblem of the "Time Management Bureau" is looming on the inside of the pocket watch. The erased memories, the tampered timeline, and the concealed truth of the disaster are emerging one by one along the train's trajectory. Shi Yan must hold on to the energy whip condensed from the fragments of time, and find out the black hand who plays with time before time catches up with him - because this time, what he wants to correct is not the timeline, but the "rules themselves" that can destroy all planets.
The direction the train is heading towards is the abyss of the past and the only way to survive in the future. And the hands of his pocket watch will one day turn again - at the cost of blood and gears.
