Deep in the modern city, there is a "border office" designed to investigate and solve events that are difficult to explain in the real world: disappeared memories, emergent parallel spaces, and mysterious flash mobs. Chu Yanqiu, Feng Yile and Xing Ruolan came together in the office for their own reasons and were involved in a series of mysterious cases. Behind the case, there are hidden the manipulation of power groups, the secrets of superpowers and the special urban ecology. With multiple lines running in parallel, the three of them not only have to solve the case, but also face the path of career, family, emotion and their own growth.
