Three hundred years ago, after the fall of the Elements of Harmony, Equestria lost what was known as the magic of friendship. It then endured nearly three hundred years of radiation crises and wars of division, which finally came to an end with the extinction of the other pony tribes and the reunification of the Earth ponies. The Earth ponies, now united under one nation, established a new regime: New Pony Nation. In this new era ruled by Earth ponies, magic vanished and advanced technology began to flourish. Among its discoveries was KITT, a mechanical pony masterpiece left behind by Dr. Frost three hundred years ago. Pony Nation gradually became a high-tech AI era known as "Alphans," represented by intelligent mechanical ponies. Yet even in this technologically advanced future, a huge crisis lies in wait.
After the end of the Kaimo Rebellion, New Pony Nation enjoyed a brief period of peace. But little more than a year later, the sudden Manehattan Incident shattered that calm. The Law Enforcement Rangers were disbanded by the Committee, while KITT and Hawk were slandered in the aftermath. Forced to flee Equestria in search of the truth, they embarked on an unexpected adventure. What they never imagined was that the Manehattan Incident, and everything behind it, was part of a vast conspiracy planned long ago...
