When Lin Xiaoxiao woke up, she found the world had changed beyond recognition. Zombies roamed everywhere and civilization had collapsed. While everyone else struggled to survive the apocalypse, she had slept in and completely missed the opening act of the disaster.
While others fought until they were bloody over a single loaf of bread, she somehow always stumbled across a backpack full of supplies. When a zombie horde came surging in, she always managed to “happen” to find the safest hiding spot. And whenever a villain tried to scheme against her, they would suffer a run of terrible luck first, even choking on water.
Lin Xiaoxiao just wanted to lie flat in peace, like a salted fish who wanted nothing to do with the world. But the luck raining down from the heavens was impossible to escape.
She casually tossed a brick and somehow killed a hidden zombie boss? She reluctantly formed a team, and every member turned out to be a powerhouse with looks and combat skills through the roof?
The stoic soldier Lei Lin: “Stick with her. She’s lucky.” (Quietly cleaning up the mess.) The gentle doctor Shen Qingyuan: “Xiaoxiao is our lucky star.” (Smiling helplessly.) The tsundere genius Ling Yu: “What would this idiot do without me?” (But his actions speak louder than words as he upgrades her gear.) The cunning information broker Xiao Chen: “Little lucky koi, looks like I’ll have to keep you by my side.” (Intrigued.) The straightforward guardian Shi Meng: “Wherever Xiaoxiao points, I’ll strike!” (Unconditionally on her side.)
Faced with the five powerhouses’ burning gazes and their firm insistence that she was the only one fit to be captain, Lin Xiaoxiao clutched her lucky can of food and trembled. “No, I just wanted to win without lifting a finger. How did I suddenly become the heart of the team?” “And you guys, this isn’t how the script is supposed to go!”
This is a comedy about a laid-back lucky koi who is forced to lead a team of powerhouses through the apocalypse, coasting to victory all the way (and falling in love along the way).
I hope there will be more male protagonists 🥰
Even if you have a small space, it would be perfect! A group of big guys went on an adventure carrying supplies!
