Insectoid: General, Will You Marry Me?

After Lan Laier took a nap, an insect carried him aboard a warship.

A female military insect who claimed to be a lieutenant general of the Eighth Legion said she was taking him back to the capital planet.

Whatever this capital planet business was, Lan Laier had just one thing to say: “General, will you marry me?”

The general ignored him.

Later, that general ended up in prison. Desperate to save her, Lan Laier went straight ahead and got engaged to her.

The two insects married and had three little hatchlings.

But years later, the insect who had become the Insect Emperor still wasn't satisfied. “Alvis, give me another little one, will you?”
